Featuring Janine Vanderburg, Director & Chief Catalyst of Changing the Narrative and Chair of Encore Network Leadership Council
Nearly two million older adults exited the workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic. For most, it was not out of a desire or ability to retire; they want a path back into the workforce. But, ageism continues to stand in their way. And, with more than 90% of organizations excluding ageism from their DEI framework, there is no sign of change on the horizon. Join Janine Vanderburg, Director and Chief Catalyst of Changing the Narrative, and veteran journalist and author, Harold T. Fisher, as they discuss the urgent need to reinvent DEI in our country.
