Over the past 10 years, JT has developed a track record of success working with executives and next-generation leaders. He has provided a host of services ranging from executive recruitment to leadership development.

JT brings a wealth of experience to the firm in the areas of strategic talent consulting and organizational root cause analysis.

JT offers a holistic understanding and approach to organizational development as a result of his experience working with leaders at all levels within organizations.

As a talent consultant, JT seeks to support organizations that aim to nurture, retain, and promote talent as a means of driving strategic business and organizational objectives.

As an innovative talent advisor, JT has developed a reputation for working across organizations to help leaders to recruit, retain, and develop engaged, high-performing talent committed to advancing an organization’s strategic agenda. Before joining Korn Ferry, JT led a leadership development program for high achieving, young Black male professionals.

JT received his Master’s degree from New York University and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
