Since joining the firm, JT has developed a track record of success working with executives and next generation, high potential leaders. He has worked collaboratively with clients on a host of services ranging from executive recruitment to organizational strategy and leadership and professional development. JT is focused on strategic initiatives to foster greater inclusion, collaboration, and teaming across the firm globally. He is also focused on Korn Ferry’s global early-to-mid career development program that has helped the firm to better develop, engage, and retain top talent who are expanding their impact on the firm and its clients.
As an innovative talent advisor and consultant, JT has developed a reputation for working across organizations to help leaders and organizations to recruit, retain, and develop engaged, high performing talent that are enabled to optimize strategic business outcomes.
JT offers a holistic understanding and approach to organizational development and is actively leading some of the firm’s strategic talent and HR transformation initiatives.
