It was founded to drive innovation in job training and placement, expand employment opportunity, and bring discouraged workers into the labor force so every American can achieve economic opportunity & security through work. In 2021, CWI launched the American Workforce Coalition to raise our collective voices and build a national movement recognizing the value of older American workers and bring discouraged workers back into the labor force.
